Liturgical

The ideal Christian is to follow Jesus Christ. Group Bible

Following the course proposed by the Biblical Association of Catalonia work different books of the Bible and especially the New Testament.

We meet every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 22:00.

The method we use is the study group and has two parts. The first is the reading and reflection of the biblical text and it does in the first meeting. In the second meeting specific to life the biblical text read and pondered.

The meeting is open to all who want to deepen the reading of the Word of God as the foundation of their Christian life.

Catechesis

In the parish there is catechesis of children. Catechesis in preparation for First Holy Communion is done in two years. The first year there were Mondays and Tuesdays from 17:30 to 16:30 and the second year there were Wednesday and Thursday at the same time that the first year. There are also continuing catechesis to confirmation.

Catechesis confirmation is Monday and Tuesday at 20:00. The schedule may vary from year to year. This catechesis lasts two years and begin the boys and girls who are third ESO.
This is only catechism in the parish.

Parish Meeting

The Chapel of the Pious Schools is a small place of worship where Mass is celebrated by a father escolapio on Sundays at 11:30 am.

Hospital St. Joan Bpta

This chapel is part of the old hospital of San Juan Bautista, currently nursing home. Noted for its beauty and importance baroque altarpiece of Saint John.

Until the construction of the church of San Juan, in the neighborhood of Poble Sec, this chapel was the only cult center of the neighborhood.

Parish Garraf

Garraf The church is dedicated to Santa Maria. Currently there are celebrations of the Word with Communion every Sunday and the celebration presided over by a permanent deacon. It also do weddings and baptisms.

This depends on the parish church of Sitges which is the same director. There is a small core of people who are excited to maintain worship and safeguard the health of their local parish church. This small town form a parish council which meets every two months.
